Palese Philip Anthony of East Williston, N.Y. on May 15, 2015. Beloved husband of Nora. Loving father of Phyllis Carlson (Kenneth), Barbara Sandvik (Geoffrey), Lucy Wojcicki (Richard) & Mary Beth Dieterle (Hal). Cherished grandfather of Christina, Michael, Kelly, Matthew, Amy, Elizabeth, Richie, Erin, Paul & Brian. Devoted great-grandfather of Sascha, Gavin, Emma, Jake, Mason, Ryan, Olivia, Emily & Peyton. Philip served his Country proudly in the U.S. Army during WWII Battle of the Bulge . He was the former President of Flushing Hospital & Medical Center.Visitation will be held at Weigand Bros. F.H. 49 Hillside Ave Williston Park, N.Y. Monday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday 10 AM at St. Aidan's Church. Interment to follow at L.I. National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or to Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital.
