Wibben Frank of East Williston NY on April 3, 2015. Beloved husband of Carol. Loving father of David Wibben (Nancy) & Terry Scott (David). Cherished grandfather of 7 grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday April 18, 2015 at the Lutheran Church of The Resurrection in Garden City NY at 11 AM. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Lutheran Church of The Resurrection Christian Concern Fund.
